Developer Services

In addition to our services listed on the Condo/HOA Full Service tab above, we will:

• Coordinate with your Sales Department and Project Manager to assure we are providing a consistent message to our common customers and that they are receiving the best service possible
• Review all documents to assure that legal requirements of the Association are met.
• Organize of 1st Annual Meeting & Board Meeting
• Provide New Board Member training/orientation meeting if desired
• Develop community rules, regulations and policies as requested
• Set up Tax ID Number and State registration
  Establish Operating and Reserve Bank Accounts
• Create all necessary forms needed for the community
• Prepare specifications, obtain multiple bids, and hire vendors as needed for the community
• Provide services and required documents to your Title Company to assure transfers are well managed
